Parquet Oil, GNature

Parquet Oil is a solvent-free oil/wax mixture for wooden flooring, OSB boards and similar substrates.
Free of cobalt and its polymers. Resistant to saliva and perspiration according to DIN EN 53 160

Ingredients: linseed oil, boiled castor oil/natural resin, wood stand oil, wood/castor stand oil, microcrystalline wax, alumina, kaolin, drying agents.
VOC content: 1g/L
Drying: 6-18h Completely dry and fully loadable after 7-10 days.
Storage: Store well sealed and out of the reach of children in a cold but frost free place. Avoid freezing.
Waste disposal: Dispose of product residues and packaging in accordance with local government regulations. Dried-up residual product can be disposed of withhousehold waste.
Safety: Keep out of reach from children. If swallowed immediately call a poison centre/seek medical advice and show label. To prevent self igniton of linseed oil, do not throw oily rags and other tools together with other waste.

Instructions

Substrate
The substrate must be dry (max wood moisture: 14%) and free of greasy impurities. The working temperature should preferably be no less than 16°C. Keep to sanding steps of 20 grit. final sanding of surfaces with 100-120 grit using a belt sander, followed by same grit with a single-disc grinder.

Directions for use
Apply a single, even coating of Parquet Oil using a double blade spatula or rubber squeegee.
Leave to soak for 30-45 minutes and then work in thoroughly using a single-disc polishing machine and a green or beige pad. Finally buff the surface with a white pad. In case of heavily loaded or especially absorbent flooring, apply a sparing second coat the following day.
In case of normal use, we recommend maintaining the surface with wooden floor soap and carnauba wax care.
