Uula Interior Paint is designed for painting wood, fibre board, plaster, stone and brick walls and ceilings in dry interior spaces.. Uula Interior Paint is ideal for fast, safe and easy interior painting The paint does not contain any plastic agents. The binder is made with renewable natural oils only. The paint carries a certificate for low emission building materials, M1.
Intended use: Unpainted or previously painted various interior wood and stone surfaces such as walls and roofs in dry places. Can be used on building paper and on brick surfaces. Not the best option for doors, windows or furniture.
Colors: White Tints made to A- and C-bases. Tints made to A- and C-bases according to Uula colour charts. Can also be tinted according to most common colour charts.
Gloss-grade: semi-matt
Coverage: Approx 7 m2/L depending on the coarseness and porosity of the surface.
Application: Ordinary paint brush, paint roller or high-pressure paint sprayer.
Conditions: The surface to be painted must be dry, the relative air humidity below 80 % and the temperature at least +10°C.
Drying time: Touch dry in 30 minutes. Ready to re-coat in approximately 2 hours.
Washability class : SFS 3755 Over 2000 brushes
Density: approx. 1.3 kg/L
Cleaning of equipment: Clean the equipment with soap and water right after you have finished painting.
Storage and disposal: Keep in a cool and dry place. NOT ALLOW TO FREEZE!
PAINTING INSTRUCTIONS
Unpainted surface: Clean the surface of dust. Wash dirty surfaces with Uula Washing Agent following the instructions. Allow to dry thoroughly before painting. Treat knots with shellack if necessary. Level all cracks and holes in the surface with putty if necessary. Apply two coats of Interior Paint Thin with water if necessary.
Old painted surface: Remove peeling and flaking old paint. Sand a glossy or hard surface with a sandpaper to ensure adhesion. Wash dirty surfaces with Uula Washing Agent following the instructions. Allow to dry thoroughly before painting. Level all cracks and holes in the surface with putty if necessary. Apply two coats of Interior Paint Thin with water if necessary.
Tinting with pigments: Uula can be tinted with dry pigments. Pigment can be added maximum of 10%. Pigment must be mixed with warm water before adding it to paint. It is recommended to let the mix stay for few hours.
