Further treatment of the surface
Be really careful with all painted surfaces during the first month. Clean the surface only with soft rags and sponges that do not scratch the surface. Use only neutral washing agents. Rinse the surfaces carefully.
Points to note
- Reserve enough paint for a large surface in order to avoid potential colour variations in different batches.
- The paint must always be stirred well before and during use.
- The paint must be applied thinly and tightly. If the paint coat is too thick it may
wrinkle when drying. Also heating the paint makes the paint easier to be applied thinly.
- Treat metal surfaces (not including galvanized nails) with anti-rust primer
- It is distinctive of oil paints in light colours to turn yellowish in the dark.
- In case of uncertainty, submit to the manufacturer of the paint or to a competent distributor before starting the painting process.
