Tar Oil, Dark

Taroil Dark Brown contains linseed oil, pine tar and pine turpentine. Tar Ooil absorbs into the wood slowing moisture, rot and fungus affects. Tar Oil gives the wood a beautiful transparent and water resistant surface. Expenditure for lumber 3- 5 m2/ l , plane surfaces 5-10 m2/l. Colour: dark brown

Areas of application:
Boats and jetties, log houses, garden houses, thermally finished wood.

Instructions:
Do not dilute. Shake well before use and while using. Apply thin layer of Taroil to the surface with a brush or a cloth and let it absorb. Remove all unabsorbed oil from the surface. Let it dry and polish the surface before applying the next layer. The amount of layers is 2 – 4 depending on the quality and the purpose of use of the surface. Pay extra attention to end grain. Drying time can be shortened by adding siccative. Tar Oil can be toned with paintpigments. New finish can be applyed next year if necessary. Tar Oil is not suitable for varnished or painted surfaces. Do not use the product for other purposes and in opposite to instructions.
